Booking Process
When you book a Hotel / Hostel accommodation, Tour Packages or Car transfer Gooiing.com provides and is responsible for the Platform and ensure that the Local Supplier will provide the service – but gooiing.com not responsible about the quality of service specially Hotel services starting from food provided & Other hotel services.
When you book a car transposrtation ( private or public) Gooiing.com Ensure that this service will be provided – but not the Travel Experience itself.
In Case local supplier fail to provide the booked service Such as Transport or Tour Activity, Gooing. Com guarantee to refund the paid amount + 3% as a compensation fee.
Hotels sometimes has an overbooking period, All of our Hotels Supplier ensure that incase of overbooking, they will provide the clients with another hotel with same category or Higher with no additional cost for the clients with the same period booked
When you book a hotel, One of our Teams will Contact you to ensure that every thing was booked Correctly and re-Confirm the booking details with you.
Gooiing.com need 24 Hours to re-Confirm the availability with the hotel itself.
If the Supplier Fail to offer the availaibility at booked hotel, we ensure a full refund for the paid amount/Deposit within 24 Hours
When you Make a hotel hotel reservation booking
To make a reservation on gooiing.com, you may need to create an Account. Please make sure all your info (including payment and contact details) is correct and up to date, or you might find you can’t access your Travel Experience(s). You’re responsible for anything that happens with your Account, so please don’t let anyone else use it, and please keep your username and password secret.
6. When you reserve a hotel, some hotels require a deposit payment, the rest of payment you will pay upon arrival to the hotel reception/Kasher cash or by visa
When you reserve a tour or Car Transfer, the rest of payment you pay in cash to the service supplier
